North Sound Club is located at 350 Palm Heights Drive on the canal. These apartments are fully furnished. The two bedroom units are two-story townhouses, with both bedrooms on the second floor. Beautiful landscaping out back all the way down to the canal. Property includes a swimming pool and free dockspace. Each unit has central AC, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Tenants have access to our private boat ramp on the property and our empty lot on Andrew Drive to store their boat and/or trailer.
